We ship locally and worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer both local and worldwide shipping options:

- Omniva Shipping: 2-5 business days

Worldwide Shipping (outside Latvia):
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days – 20€
Order Tracking
All shipped orders will receive a tracking number so you can monitor delivery status.
Duties and Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees. Severovs Store is not responsible for these additional charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at info@severovs.store, and we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
