If you receive a product with a defect, damage, or fault that was not disclosed or mentioned in the product listing at the time of purchase, you have the right to return the item for a full refund, exchange, or replacement. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing a description and photo evidence of the defect. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
